Miss Abbey

I began Calisthenics at the age of four, as a Tiny at the Carisbrook Calisthenics Club and continue to compete in the Senior’s AVV team, having joined in 2016.  I have competed at Champ division for several years and have also won many a Champ title in that time.  During this time, I have also competed in many Graceful Girl and Solo competitions and have been selected on multiple occasions for national teams.

Throughout my calisthenics journey, I have been lucky enough to have been taught by some amazing coaches, who I have learnt so much from. Having assisted and demonstrated for teams, while at Marden Calisthenics, I  first became inspired to coach and have been working towards this goal. I am really excited to be joining the AVV coaching staff in 2022.

When I’m not at Calisthenics, I’m working full time as a Debt Collector and spending time with my friends and family.
