Our Mission
AVV Calisthenics Club’s mission is to enrich our community by sharing the power and joy of calisthenics, while inspiring self-confidence, discipline and respect in our members. We want to empower our members through superior education, and broaden the reach and impact of calisthenics through active community engagement.

To be known as the Calisthenics club that not only nurtures the development of exceptional skill and technique, but also empowers and inspires our members to be the best version of themselves through their love and passion of calisthenics.

Our passion for calisthenics is what drives us. The deep respect we hold for our coaches, members and greater calisthenics community, dictates the manner in which we hold ourselves, and those around us, to the highest standards in all that we do.

Our purpose is to enrich the lives of our members, inspire them, broaden their horizons, and lift them higher. Our members in turn inspire us to reach new levels of excellence. Without them, we could not exist.

We have chosen this club because we love it. We can have a sense of humour in the most stressful situations, and we can find enjoyment in the most daunting challenges. Challenging our boundaries allows us to thrive, and our club culture facilitates our ability to have a great time whilst doing so.
